At One Stop People Solutions, we don’t “fill jobs”, we connect licensed professionals to meaningful contract opportunities that create real impact.

We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that supports federal subcontractor programs by coordinating independent medical evaluations for veterans. We also provide fractional HR consulting to purpose-driven organizations seeking to build strong, compliant, and people-centered operations.

We are not a staffing or recruiting agency. We do not place candidates in full-time jobs. Instead, we coordinate 1099 contract opportunities for licensed medical professionals delivering evaluation services under federal programs.

We also provide fractional HR consulting services to client organizations, but we are not currently hiring or contracting additional HR professionals at this time.

Current Contract Opportunities (1099 Only):

We are currently seeking independent, licensed medical professionals to conduct disability evaluations under federal contracts. Specialties include:

  • Audiology – Audiologists (AuD or MS)
  • General Medicine – MD, DO, NP, PA
  • Dentistry – DMD, DDS
  • Ophthalmology & Optometry – MD, DO, OD
  • Psychology & Psychiatry – PsyD, PhD, MD, DO
  • Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) – Psychiatry, Physiatry, Neurology (MD or DO)

All providers must hold an active, unrestricted license, a current resume, and any applicable certifications. Some roles may require office-based equipment (e.g., calibrated sound booths or VFT technology).
